Excelsior Arms Security Services was formed in 2015 by its founder Robert J. Mitchell Sr a former U.S. Navy veteran former NOPD Res Police Officer counselor and retired OPSB School Security Lieutenant Executive Admin Assistant to the Chief of Security.
